Broccoli Sprout Smoothie

This smoothie is a healthy and delicious way to start your day. The combination of frozen berries and banana make the smoothie sweet and satisfying.   • 1 cup of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of broccoli sprouts
  • 1/2 cup of baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tsp of honey (optional)


1. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, banana, broccoli sprouts, baby spinach, almond milk, and honey (if using).

2. Blend the ingredients until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

3. Serve and enjoy!
