Egg & Sprouts Sandwich

This open-faced egg sandwich is a delicious and healthy breakfast option that is packed with flavor. The creamy avocado, fresh tomato, and sprouts are perfectly complemented by the fried egg. Perfect for a healthy, easy breakfast that is packed with flavor.   • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of broccoli sprouts (or your favorite variety)
  • 2 eggs


  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

  2. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the toast.

  3. Top with sliced tomatoes and broccoli sprouts.

  4. Fry the eggs or slice up some hard-boiled eggs.

  5. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.

  6. Place the eggs on top of the avocado toast.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
