Sprouted Chickpea Hummus

This recipe is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy raw sprouted chickpeas! It's a twist on traditional hummus and is made using raw sprouted chickpeas instead of cooked ones. It's easy to make and packed with nutrients, perfect for a snack or a dip for your veggies.


  • 1 cup raw sprouted chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for serving


  • In a food processor or blender, combine the raw sprouted chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • Process until the chickpeas are smooth and creamy. Add a small amount of water if it is too thick and not blending well.

  • Serve the hummus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.

  • Enjoy with veggies, crackers, or pita bread.
