Description
Broccoli sprouts are incredibly beneficial for your health and incorporating them into your diet is a must! They're packed with nutrients like vitamins C and E, calcium, and minerals like magnesium and potassium. They also contain high levels of a compound called sulforaphane, which has been shown to have cancer-fighting properties.

I’ve had my sprouting jars a few weeks and have had great success with alfalfa, mung and salad mix. My latest attempt was broccoli. The sprouts never filled the jar and seemed to actually stop growing after the 4th day. Even though they taste delicious, the end product is very wet and has tons of black seeds that never sprouted!!
Did I do something wrong this time. I rinsed at least twice each day.
I’d love to hear about others experiences.

I’ve tried twice now to get a palatable batch. Just too bitter. I might give it one more try and not wait so long. Maybe just go 3 days 🤷‍♀️

I find the organic broccoli seeds produce the highest quality sprouts I’ve ever tasted. I will continue to order them from you.
